Guidelines

1. Select the group of your test organism, Insect, Weed or Pathogen.
2. Select your test species from by clicking the picture or selecting from the list directly.
3. When the targets display on the page, tick your test targets from the target table.
4. Upload the alignment file which was generated by aligning the RNA-Seq data to the target gene.
    We recommend using bowtie2 with --no-unal parameter to generate alignment file.
