1. There are two forms for the input of SOMM4mC.
(1) The sequences with length of 41
Users can paste FASTA-formatted sequences into the text area, or upload a FASTA-formatted file with sequences.
(2) The sequence longer than 41
If users want to predict 4mC sites at genome level or long sequences (Length>41), you can use this input form.
2. SOMM4mC can predict 4mC sites of six species (C.elegans, D.melanogaster, A.thaliana, E.coli, G.subterruneus, and G.pickeringii).
