Fast Detection of Insecticide Resistance Associated Genotypes by RNA-Seq Data

FastD is a comprehensive platform to analyze insecticide resistance. According to two main mechanisms of insecticide resistance, FastD includes two pipelines for detecting two kinds of resistant genotypes:

FastD_TR is a tool to detect insecticide resistance associated target-site mutations from RNA-Seq data.
FastD_MR is a tool to detect insecticide resistance associated overexpressed detoxification genes from RNA-Seq data.
